About Eloise
I became a Registered Dietitian to help people improve their health and feel better every day. I grew up hearing conflicting messages about weight, good food and how to take care of ourselves. I earned a Masters of Science in Nutrition to understand how the food we eat helps us improve our health and feel better. We don't have to be perfect, but making better choices can really improve how we feel.
Approach to care
You know those days you thrive? They can happen more often! Learn how to take care of yourself and your body. Eating good food and enjoying it, moving your body and sleeping well all add up to feeling better on a regular basis. I believe small, action steps on a daily basis can really help us achieve our longer term goals.
Your first session with Eloise
I'll ask you questions to understand your goals, your challenges and really, your priorities. Together, we'll put together a plan for healthy eating and maybe some exercise if it's appropriate. I'll provide accountability to celebrate your victories. I can help you solve challenges you face. I'm empathetic that change isn't always easy, and there may be setbacks along the way. We can stay the course together and I'll help you achieve your goals.
