Drawing on over six years of clinical experience, I integrate evidence-based practices with compassionate support to promote optimal health outcomes.
Your first session with Elona
The first session is focused on getting to know you; health history, eating habits, food choices/restrictions, cultural preferences, medications/supplements, etc. Nutrition education is also provided during this session, and together we will come up with a realistic nutrition plan that is specific to your needs. I will be happy to answer any questions/concerns you have at each session.
