About Elyce
Elyce Barr is a registered dietitian and certified fitness coach with a passion for helping people build a sustainable and empowered relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a strong foundation in sports nutrition, Elyce blends science-based strategies with a compassionate, anti-diet approach to support both athletes and everyday movers.

Your first session with Elyce
Your first session is all about understanding your story, your relationship with food, and what you want moving forward. We'll explore your history with eating, body image, dieting, and movement in a supportive, judgment-free space. This includes any patterns, beliefs, or experiences that have shaped how you currently think and feel about food. Whether you’re here to fuel your workouts, heal from chronic dieting, manage energy levels, or simply feel more confident and consistent with your eating habits, we’ll tailor the session to your specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and begin setting realistic, personalized goals that align with your values and lifestyle. These goals will be flexible, attainable, and focused on long-term well-being — not rigid rules or quick fixes.
Education
Elyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and has been coaching clients and leading fitness classes since 2009. She specializes in helping people fuel for performance, rebuild trust with food, and create realistic, non-restrictive habits that support long-term well-being.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I stay active through weight lifting, cardio, and hiking — all of which help me recharge physically and mentally. I also love spending time playing with my kids, which keeps me moving in the most joyful and spontaneous ways.
