About Emilee
Originally from Kentucky, I have been a registered, licensed dietitian in West Virginia for 15 years. I am a wife and mother of 4 active kids. I enjoy raising a small garden each spring and summer, and being outdoors when I can. While I am creative, I'm not that crafty, but I'd like to be.
Approach to care
I approach each nutrition consultation with an open mind and try to meet my clients where they are, then make a plan to move forward toward their goals. I support and encourage evidenced-based recommendations but am also open to unconventional approaches, including fasting cycles, herbal supplements, and trauma-informed counseling.

I want to hear about you. How you live, work, eat, sleep, your stress level, your interests and hobbies, your family - these all influence what to focus on for your health and nutrition goals. This information can help me target first and next steps in our sessions.
