About Emilee
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or struggled to find a plan that actually fits your life, you’re not alone. I’m Emilee, a registered dietitian with 15+ years of experience helping people build healthier lives through good nutrition, without rigid rules or unrealistic expectations. I believe nutrition counseling should feel practical, personal, and encouraging.

My approach blends evidence-based guidance with an open mind toward individualized strategies, including mindful eating, herbal supports, or a trauma-informed lens as needed. We start where you are and create attainable, sustainable changes that move you toward your goals.
Your first session with Emilee
In the first session, I take time to understand your daily routine, stressors, preferences, and family life so your plan truly fits you. How you live, work, eat, sleep, your stress level, your interests and hobbies, and your family all influence your health and nutrition goals. This information helps me target first and next steps in our sessions. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more confident, organized, and hopeful about their health, not pressured or judged. If you’re ready to find a way of eating and living that works for you, I’d love to help you get there.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of four active kids and love spending time outdoors gardening, hiking, and enjoying wildlife (birds!). Those experiences remind me that health is as much about joy and balance as it is about food choices.
