About Emilia
Hello, my name is Emilia! I am currently a clinical dietitian at Baystate Hospital. I love every aspect of nutrition and want to help you with your nutrition goals. My interests are very vast; I love very medically complex nutrition problems to help with diet education on any questions you may have!
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition care focuses on what matters most to you and what fits best into your life. I work with you to create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies that feel doable and supportive. Building a strong, trusting connection is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and free from judgment as we work toward your goals together
Your first session with Emilia
My first session will focus on getting to know you and your goals for our sessions. The first session is a lot of general questions to help me get to know your lifestyle better and the foods you are currently eating! Some examples of questions I may ask include "What does a typical day of eating look like for you?", "What do you hope to achieve?", and simple questions like how many fruits and veggies you eat in a day.
