âShe has been nothing short of incredible in my journey so far with my weight, super helpful, always finding solutions to every problem, could not have asked for a better experience!! â
by Dillon on August 15th, 2025
âEmilie is a highly knowledgeable dietitian, and an extremely compassionate and caring person. I have been working with her for 9 months now and she makes me wish every health care provider was as genuine as she is. She truly wants to help people and it is so clear in her work. She takes the time to educate me on nutrition and help me battle my ED with so many resources and support. Because of Emilie, I am healing my relationship with food. Having her as my dietitian has truly been life changing.â

About Emilie
From inpatient to outpatient care, behavioral health to heart failure clinics, diabetes education, and foodservice management, my journey as a dietitian has been wide-ranging and deeply rewarding. Iâve served in both training and precepting roles and continue to stay connected to public health through my work at the health department one day a week. Since launching my private practice in July 2024, Iâve come to realize that this model allows me to provide the most comprehensive and individualized careâespecially to those who need it most. I often describe my work as a blend of investigation and problem-solving, using clinical insight and empathy to create tailored nutrition care plans for every individual I have the privilege of supporting.
Approach to care
I believe effective nutrition care must be personalized and flexibleâtailored to each individualâs lifestyle, preferences, and schedule. No two people are the same, and no single plan works for everyone. My approach is collaborative, creative, and nonjudgmental. I value your insight and lived experience and will work with you to build sustainable strategies that feel realistic and manageable. My role is to guide, educate, and supportânot to dictate. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and empowered. Communication is always open, and Iâm here to connect in the ways that work best for you.
Your first session with Emilie
Your first session is a supportive and collaborative space where we explore your medical history, current eating patterns, symptoms, and health goals. Weâll talk about whatâs working, whatâs not, and what matters most to you. I take an empathetic, individualized approachâwhether youâre navigating a chronic condition, working on your relationship with food, or simply wanting to feel better day to day. Together, weâll begin building a plan thatâs practical, realistic, and tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. Youâll leave the session with a clear next step and a sense of direction.
