About Emily

I believe eating well should support your life—not take it over. I’ve seen how nutrition can change energy, confidence, and relationships with food (my own included), and that’s what I love helping others experience. I’ve been a registered dietitian since 2022 and have supported clients with diabetes care, weight changes, and healing their relationship with food. I love teaching evidence-based nutrition in ways that actually make sense for real life. My experience spans clinical care and private practice, with a focus on intuitive eating, easing out of restrictive food rules, and breaking healthy habits into simple, doable steps. As a mom, I’m always finding creative ways to make meals more nutrient-dense without turning food into a full-time job—and I bring that same practical mindset into my work. We focus on small shifts that fit your real life, not perfection. I meet you without judgment, guide you with clarity, and help you feel well-fueled and confident so you can live fully.

In your first session, we'll talk about your goals, your normal daily routine and eating habits, as well as any challenges you've had in the past related to your relationship with food and eating. Together we'll create a personalized plan you can incorporate into your every day life that will help you reach your goals.
