About Emily
Em has been a clinical dietitian for over 14 years, starting her career at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. She is a Life Coach and the Founder of the No More Bullsh*t Project, LLC, a social movement committed to helping clients bust through the BS and misinformation keeping them from living their healthiest, happiest lives.
Approach to care
Em believes it is your right to feel clear and confident in understanding your nutrition. She empowers clients by providing nutrition education pertinent to their goals, while also ensuring that their voices and their unique needs always have a seat at the table. Em is known for infusing her sessions with lightheartedness, compassion and humor.
Your first session with Emily
Initial consults are an excellent opportunity for clients to get to know Em and her approach to nutrition coaching and counseling. Clients can share their nutrition issues and desired outcomes, share any additional background and past medical history that will inform future work together.
