About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. I have an extensive background in acute care specializing in pediatric nutrition — working with infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents. My goal is to help foster healthy habits, growth, and development in a supportive and practical way. I also work closely with individuals navigating pre- and postnatal nutrition, helping new and expecting parents feel confident and nourished during this transformational time. I have a strong interest in women’s health and offer evidence-based guidance for managing PCOS with realistic, sustainable strategies. Needless to say, I am well-versed in every stage of life, and offer nutrition therapy for a wide range of medical conditions such as Diabetes, Heart Health, and Weight Management - as well as GLP-1 associated weight changes.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and personalization. I want to be able to build trust and meet you where you are! I use evidenced-based nutrition strategies and create individualized nutrition plans tailored to you. Whether I’m helping a parent introduce solids, guiding parents through picky eating, helping adolescents build a healthy relationship with food, or supporting women through PCOS or pregnancy; I focus on education, collaboration and lifelong habits. I believe nutrition should never feel overwhelming or restrictive.
