About Emily
Hi there! My name is Emily - I’m a Registered Dietitian with experience in providing nutrition care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to adults and older adults. With a background in pediatric nutrition, prenatal and postpartum nutrition and diabetes management - I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to each stage of life. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on long-term health.
Approach to care
I believe lasting health comes from long-term behavior change, not quick fixes. My approach focuses on setting realistic, achievable goals and building sustainable habits that fit each client’s lifestyle and stage of life. I work collaboratively with clients to support progress that feels manageable, meaningful, and lasting.
Your first session with Emily
During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you, your health history, nutrition concerns, lifestyle and goals. This is a collaborative, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin building practical strategies you can start using right away. My hope is for you to leave the session with a plan that feels manageable and supportive.
