About Emily
My name is Emily, and I have been working as a dietitian for a little over 18 years. For the past 6 years I have been working in an outpatient oncology clinic. I enjoy working with my patients go help navigate nutrition throughout the spectrum of cancer treatment and beyond. I also cover for a kidney transplant clinic and help patients navigate their diet prior to kidney transplantation.
Approach to care
I like to meet people where they are and focus on small changes at a time/one day at a time. Whether your goals are to gain weight, lose weight, or become healthier overall I feel that this is the best way to make a lifestyle change. Nutrition is not one size fits all, I want to help you make the changes that fit best with your lifestyle and preferences.
Your first session with Emily
Our first session will typically include me collecting pertinent information and getting to know one another. I will ask questions about why you are meeting with a Dietitian and your goals are. This will allow us to come up with the perfect plan for you.
