Your first session with Emily
In our first session, weâll take the time to get to know each other in a nonjudgmental space where youâre heard, supported, and never rushed. Iâll ask about your eating habits, medical history, lifestyle, and any symptoms or concerns. Weâll review labs or diagnoses, connect the dots holistically, and talk through your goalsânot just numbers, but how you want to feel in your body and daily life. By the end, weâll have a clear plan tailored to you, including realistic first steps and any labs, supplements, or referrals that may be helpful. This is the start of a collaborative process. I want to know what lights you up, whatâs been holding you back, and what âfeeling goodâ really means to you. Youâll leave feeling seen, supported, and way less overwhelmed. Iâm here to help you regain your sparkle!
