Your first session with Emily

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you’re never rushed. We’ll talk about your routine, eating patterns, activity, sleep, stress, energy, mood, & any symptoms. I’ll review your medical history, medications, supplements, & any labs to connect the dots holistically. With my background in psychology & nutrition, I’ll help you explore not just what you eat, but WHY. Together, we’ll clarify your goals & identify the priorities that matter most, whether it’s more energy, less pain, improved mobility, better digestion, kidney protection, or feeling more confident! You'll leave the first session with: 1) Personalized plan that’s sustainable 2) Clear first steps 3) Lab or Supplement recommendations, if needed 4) Support & motivation This is the start of a collaborative process. I want to know what lights you up, what’s holding you back, & what feeling good means to you. I’m here to help you regain your sparkle! 🍓✨
