About Emily
Hey there, I’m Emily! I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker and Clinical Nutritionist with a master’s in clinical nutrition from NYU. I have worked within some of New York’s leading hospital systems—including NYU Langone and NewYork-Presbyterian—where I gained extensive experience in high-acuity inpatient care. Over the years, I’ve specialized in critical care, advanced nutrition support (enteral and parenteral), cardiovascular health, diabetes management, and complex medical cases that require a nuanced, evidence-based approach. I’m now based in Pinehurst, NC, where I practice at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Approach to care
At my core, I’m someone who loves good food—flavorful, beautiful, satisfying food—and I believe nutrition works best when it honors both your body and your palate. My style is science-forward with a human heart: understanding your physiology, your goals, and your lifestyle, while still making room for joy and the delicious things that make life feel good.
