About Emily
Hi, I’m Emily. I believe nutrition is foundational to health and everyday life. I have experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, and my goal is to use that background to make nutrition more accessible, realistic, and less overwhelming. I enjoy working with individuals who have nutrition questions related to specific diagnoses as well as those with broader nutrition concerns, at any stage of life.
Approach to care
I take an evidence-based, client-centered approach to nutrition care. My role is to support you in working toward your goals using the resources, skills, and preferences you already have, while building sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. My recommendations are grounded in current research and clinical guidelines, with care tailored to real-life application.
Your first session with Emily
During our first session, we’ll review your health history, nutrition patterns, and overall lifestyle. We’ll talk through your goals and begin developing practical, attainable strategies you can confidently implement into your daily routine. This session is collaborative and focused on understanding you.
