About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily England and I've been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years. I have a background in the collegiate sports nutrition setting and am excited to meet you and help you reach your goals! I am very passionate about making sure everyone I work with feels comfortable, has attainable goals that we set together, and loves food as much as I do. Outside of work you can catch me cooking, reading, shopping, and spending time with my family and adorable pup, Winnie! I can't wait to get to know you and do everything I can to help you reach your nutrition goals.

Approach to care

My approach to care is simple: one step at a time on what makes sense for YOU. Making long-term changes isn't easy, so my goal is to give you small, but attainable, goals that turn into long term healthy habits. I will always prioritize a "food first" approach, ensuring you are comfortable with the food choices we plan for and aren't just relying on supplementation to achieve goals. I also want anyone I work with to feel comfortable in making their own food choices for all foods - nutrition shouldn't be restrictive, scary, or limiting. Life's short, eat the cookie!

Your first session with Emily

In our first session, you can expect a lot of getting to know each other. Part of my approach to care is making sure I understand your lifestyle habits, food preferences, allergies, and schedule so that we can make personalized recommendations. There is no "one size fits all" nutrition plan, so I want to get to know you to find out what fits for you! Then we'll start discussing goals, both short term and long term, and start putting a plan together step by step to help you achieve those goals. There's also a very good chance Winnie will make an appearance on camera!
