About Emily

I’m here to support you in feeling your best by focusing on gut health, and your relationship with food and yourself. I take a weight-neutral, non-diet approach, believing that sustainable health comes from nourishment, not restriction. I use intuitive eating principles and work with clients to improve gut health, as it can enhance both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to help you build lasting habits and feel like yourself again—empowered, balanced, and thriving.

Approach to care

I use a “nutrition by addition” approach, focusing on enhancing your diet rather than restricting it. This promotes sustainable, long-term changes without the pitfalls of restrictive dieting. I also help clients navigate the overwhelming nutrition information out there so they can become informed, confident decision-makers. For gut health clients, my goal is to expand their diets as much as possible while managing symptoms, improving their quality of life, and fostering a healthier gut-brain connection.

Your first session with Emily

In your first session, we’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your medical history, diet, physical activity, lifestyle, and more. This helps me provide personalized recommendations tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll set realistic, achievable goals that break down your health objectives into manageable steps. My goal is to empower you with actionable strategies that support long-term change, all while making the process feel manageable and sustainable for you.
