About Emily
With nearly 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. I primarily focus on general wellness, as well as the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease. Food allergies are also a speciality, as I am personally affected by them. I aim to empower patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall health.
Approach to care
Combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach, I work closely with each person to translate nutrition science into everyday habits that fit their unique needs. Together, we will develop attainable, short-term goals that will move you in the direction toward your long-term goals.
Your first session with Emily
Our first session will be focused on getting to know each other better. We will use the time to complete a comprehensive nutrition assessment that will inform your short- and long-term nutrition and health goals. From there, we will begin to create your personalized care plan, setting you on track to achieve your long-term goals.
