About Emily

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health and extensive clinical experience across hospital, home heath, and outpatient settings. Throughout my years as a dietitian, I have worked closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to provide evidence-based nutrition care for a variety of patient populations including medical weight management, bariatric surgery, oncology, and other complex medical conditions. I additionally have experience managing tube feeds and total parenteral nutrition (TPN). My background allows me to translate medical recommendations into practical, sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term health.

Approach to care

My approach is individualized, compassionate, and realistic. I don’t believe in rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on understanding your health history, lifestyle, preferences, and challenges so we can build strategies that truly fit your life. I see nutrition care as a partnership and prioritize education, small sustainable changes, and skill-building that empower you to feel confident in your choices.

Your first session with Emily

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—your health history, goals, concerns, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. We’ll identify priorities, set realistic goals, and create a clear, actionable plan to get you started. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where questions are encouraged and progress feels achievable.
