Whether you want to manage a health condition, improve your relationship with food, or boost your energy, Iām here to support you. With nearly 10 years of experience in acute care and outpatient settings, I have a special interest in diabetes, thyroid disorders, and womenās health, and I also enjoy working with clients focused on heart health, oncology, and overall well-being.
