Hi, Iām Emily! Iām a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in the beautiful Reno-Tahoe area, and Iām passionate about helping people use nutrition to feel their best. Whether youāre looking to manage a health condition, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel more energized, Iām here to guide and support you. With over six years of experience in both acute care and outpatient settings, I have special interest in diabetes, thyroid disorders, and womenās health. I also love working with clients focused on heart health, oncology and overall well-being. As a proud single mom, I understand the importance of balanceābecause nutrition should work for your real life, not the other way around!
