Registered Dietitian with a holistic, whole-person approach. I believe lasting wellness comes from self-respect, science, and intuition—not restriction. With diverse experience across multiple settings, I help adults build sustainable, nourishing relationships with food and their bodies.
Approach to care
My approach is holistic, whole person focused. The path to long term health and wellness is paved with self respect, science, and intuition. My first goal will be to know and honor you as an individual. We will discuss your daily habits, schedule, commitments, mental health, sleep, relationship with food, cooking, exercise, ADLs, medical history, etc.
Your first session with Emily
You can expect to do a lot of talking and sharing :) so I can do a lot of listening. We will have a positive and empowering discussion focused on getting to the root of why you're here and how to make your health and life easier. Can't wait to meet you!
