About Emily
I’m a Registered Dietitian (MS, RD, LDN) with extensive experience across clinical care, chronic disease management, pediatric and adult nutrition, and population health. As a campus dietitian and nutrition professor, I combine evidence-based practice with compassionate counseling to help clients improve health outcomes, develop sustainable habits, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends clinical expertise with a whole-person perspective. I look beyond symptoms to understand lifestyle factors, stress, access to resources, and personal values. From there, I guide clients with actionable strategies, flexible nutrition plans, and education that empowers informed decision-making. I aim to make nutrition feel approachable, sustainable, and tailored to real life.
Your first session with Emily
During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk through what brings you in. I’ll ask about your health history, daily routines, eating patterns, and any challenges you’ve been facing. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore potential barriers, and start outlining a realistic, personalized plan. My priority is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and confident about your next steps.
