About Emily
I’m a Registered Dietitian with experience in community hospitals, eating disorders, and pediatrics. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident in how they nourish their bodies through a supportive, personalized approach that fits their unique needs and lifestyle.
Approach to care
Nutrition is so individualized—what works for one person might not work for the next, and that’s totally okay! I take a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, meeting you exactly where you’re at and working together to create changes that actually fit your life. My goal is to make our time together feel like a safe, supportive space where we can explore what your body truly needs and find a way of nourishing yourself that feels good (and realistic) for you.
Your first session with Emily
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what your typical day looks like, review any relevant medical or nutrition history, and talk about any current challenges you're facing. From there, we’ll develop personalized steps to help you move forward with confidence,=.
