About Emily
I started my dietitian career at a Level II Trauma Center covering all adult floors, and more recently specializing in critical care nutrition. I also worked at the acute rehabilitation hospital where I was able to branch out more in my experience. I am very excited to be a part of the Nourish team and to support people in achieving their dreams through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes!
Approach to care
I approach care compassionately and person-centered, walking alongside rather than pushing or pulling my clients to success. I want to collaborate with my clients and to make their health goals achievable and outcomes lasting. I believe that, with the right tools and resources, anyone can make positive lifestyle changes to support their health goals.
Your first session with Emily
I want to get to know you! Let's build the foundation for our counseling relationship, getting to know each other and creating that connection. The first session will be building rapport, but also talking through your history. Knowing your past will help us build a solid foundation to more effectively plan for your future.
