About Emily
Hi! My name is Emily, and I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in oncology nutrition, sustainable weight loss, and diabetes management. I have 4 years of outpatient experience, and 2 years of inpatient experience. I am also a nutrition instructor for nursing students. I help clients build confidence around food, create realistic plans and support long-term health.
Approach to care
Supportive and realistic. I do not believe in extreme diets or quick fixes. Instead I work with clients one-on-one to create personalized recommendations that fit their lifestyle, medical needs and long-term goals. I offer guidance that is compassionate, practical and proven to work.
Your first session with Emily
In the first session, I'd like to know what your current diet is like, you can provide a typical day of eating or write down your food intake for 1 day before our first session. This simple activity is a good introduction to becoming more mindful of your food choices and to get you started with nutrition counseling!
