About Emily

I’m motivated to help you achieve your health goals through sustainable nutrition. Whether you want to improve lab results, reduce symptoms, or make healthier food choices, I’m here to provide practical, personalized solutions. Growing up in rural Arizona, I developed a deep appreciation for fresh, whole foods, which shaped my approach to nutrition. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition from ASU, I’ve taught nutrition electives at the university, worked in areas like sports nutrition, and consulted in nutrition at a mental health clinic. Having faced my own health challenges with endometriosis, I understand the importance of a holistic, integrative approach to wellness. I’m committed to helping you make meaningful changes that fit your life, whether you’re managing a chronic condition or just looking to feel your best.

Approach to care

I bring a no judgement approach to my counseling and partner with you to experiment with weekly actionable goals, identify barriers, and strategize around them. Together, we will build health habits that will work for you throughout busy family or work schedules and celebrations and holidays. Adapting to barriers, while still enjoying yourself, is an important part of any behavior change!

Your first session with Emily

In our first session, we’ll dive into your current eating habits, lifestyle, and medical history to get a clear picture of where you’re starting from. I’ll ask questions to understand your health goals, challenges, and any barriers you’ve encountered in making changes. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan with small, achievable steps to help you move toward your goals.
