About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily. I have been a dietitian for 6 years. I enjoy working with athletes and those who enjoy being active. I want to help you fuel well to feel your best! In addition to being a sports dietitian I am also a professional cyclist so have much personal experience fueling exercise/sport and the challenges that may arise!

Approach to care

I am passionate in helping client's properly fuel their bodies for optimal health & sports performance through a balanced relationship with food. I strive to help my clients improve their relationship with food through a non-diet approach. I am eating disorder informed, practice weight neutrality, and strongly believe in Health at Every Size (HAES). I am knowledgeable in the different challenges and nutrition considerations for a wide range of ages from teenagers to older adults. I enjoy working with a range of people, from those who want to incorporate more movement into their day to day to professional athletes.

Your first session with Emily

In the first session I like to gather more background information and get to know you more! I like to discuss your medical history, lifestyle and long term goals of working with a dietitian. We can create a few short term actionable goals in the first session as well.
