About Emily

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Registered Dietitian with two years of hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, community health and weight management. I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based, personalized nutrition strategies that are both effective and sustainable. My work has allowed me to support a diverse range of populations, including patients managing chronic illnesses, infants and children, and individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery. Whether I’m providing care in a hospital setting, working one-on-one with clients, or leading group nutrition workshops, my goal is always to empower others with the tools and knowledge they need to make lasting, meaningful dietary changes. I believe that nutrition should be practical, approachable, and tailored to each person’s unique needs—and I’m here to help make that happen!

Approach to care

As a Registered Dietitian, my approach to care is client-centered, evidence-based, and rooted in compassion. I believe that effective nutrition care goes beyond meal plans—it requires truly listening to each individual’s goals, challenges, cultural background, and lifestyle. I strive to build trust and create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to make informed, sustainable changes. I tailor every nutrition plan to the unique needs of the individual, whether they’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from surgery, or simply seeking to improve overall health. I stay current with the latest research and clinical guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care. My goal is to meet people where they are and help them move forward with confidence, clarity, and long-term success in their health journey

Your first session with Emily

Your initial nutrition consultation is a comprehensive, client-centered session designed to understand your unique medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals. We’ll explore relevant clinical information, including current symptoms, lab values, medications, and nutritional challenges. From there, I’ll provide evidence-based recommendations tailored to your needs—whether for chronic disease management, digestive health, weight management, or overall wellness. This collaborative, judgment-free space empowers you to make informed, sustainable changes. You’ll leave with a clear, personalized plan and a solid foundation for continued progress.
