About Emily
Hi - I'm Emily, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in working with women who are managing PCOS, blood sugar imbalances (pre-diabetes or diabetes),fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, and general hormonal health (or just general health!) concerns. My work is focused on women in their reproductive years who are looking to feel more in control of their symptoms, cycles, and overall energy. My passion for this area began at 16 years old when I was diagnosed with PCOS and worked with an RD myself! Today, I help women understand their specific health needs and create personalized, whole-person plans that support their health through strategic nutrition and hydration, stress management, sleep, movement, and even self care. My approach is compassionate, realistic, and rooted in evidence - helping women feel empowered in their bodies and their choices.
