About Emily
Hi! My name is Emily and I am a registered dietitian living in Nashville, TN. I have been a dietitian for 4 years, with a degrees in kinesiology, nutrition, and public health. I love to teach people about nutrition and how to fuel their body in a way that works for them! I aim for others to have a positive and balanced relationship with food and their body, leaving them feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally nourished.

On our first session, I want to get to know you! What your likes and dislikes are, what your goals are, and where you stand in your nutrition knowledge. You can be a beginner trying to figure things out for the first time, or someone with a lot of knowledge but needing some accountability or direction. I want to meet you where you are so that we can achieve your goals together.
