About Emily
Hi! I'm Emily! Equal parts foodie and nutrition nerd, I'm a Registered Dietitian with a background in culinary nutrition and a lifelong love for food that heals and connects. My career has taken me from WIC clinics to long-term care facilities and hospitals...and even across the world to places like Paris and India! These days, I specialize in kidney health and dialysis, blending evidence-based care with real-world flavor.
Approach to care
My approach to care is "food first, always." I believe that fresh, wholesome food has the power to nourish, heal, and bring joy - but lasting change happens one step at a time. I meet each person where they are, moving as slowly or as quickly as their motivation allows, and helping them build confidence in the kitchen and at the table.
Your first session with Emily
Expect a relaxed, judgement-free chat focused on you. We'll explore your eating habits, what motivates you, and where you want to go with your health. My goal is to help you discover how real, fresh food - and small doable steps - can make a big impact on your wellbeing.
