About Emily

With a master's degree in nutrition completed in 2010 and over a decade of experience, I am what you might say a "seasoned" dietitian. Sharing my knowledge and passion for nutrition with future healthcare professionals is something I truly cherish. I'm passionate about helping people reach their health goals and uncovering the root causes of their concerns. I firmly believe in the healing power of nutrition, especially how a healthy gut can positively impact our brain. I see food as the fuel that keeps us moving through life, and choosing the right fuel can make all the difference in how much we enjoy and savor each day.

Approach to care

Building a positive relationship with food is at the heart of my approach. Whether you're looking for personalized nutrition advice or want to learn more about how to nourish your body, I'm here to help you every step of the way. Let's embark on this journey to better health together!
