Patient reviews

  • ā€œEmily is amazing!!! I was seeking change with my relationship with food, and Emily was so helpful and walking me through this process! She’s clear, informative, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Her advice is also very realistic, and I found it very easy to implement into my day-to-day life and 9 to 5 job. I would say in one month I started feeling better, and in three months I saw the noticeable and positive changes in my body I always wanted! TLDR: Emily rocks! ā€œ

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition is enjoyable, sustainable, and tailored to you. I take the time to truly listen, understanding not just what you eat but how food fits into your life. By combining science-based guidance with a compassionate, weight-inclusive, and non-judgmental approach, I’m here to support you at every step. My goal is to help you build lasting habits that honor your unique needs, empowering you to take control of your health and achieve lifelong well-being.
