Patient reviews

  • β€œEmily is so kind, knowledgable, and helpful. Not to mention she's fun to work with and easy to talk to. I had been in a cycle of restrictive eating/binging, and her techniques have helped me develop a healthier relationship with food that takes the focus away from numbers and calories and puts it on satisfaction with food and mindfulness of hunger cues. I believe these changes will stay with me for a lifetime, and I am forever grateful to her!β€œ

  • β€œEmily is a godsend. When I started with her, I just wanted the tools needed to be successful in my diabetes journey and not to be on so much medication. Emily listens and she offers great alternatives to things. She even gave me a recommendation on a website that offers amazing receipes. She is an Amazing dietitian and I will continue to see her until I can't anymore. β€œ
