About Emily
Iâm a Registered Dietitian specializing in pediatric nutrition, dedicated to helping children and young adults thrive through all stages of growth and development. My experience includes working with families to manage challenges such as picky eating, poor weight gain, complex enteral feeding regimens, healthy eating, constipation, and a variety of gastrointestinal disorders. In addition to pediatrics, I have a special interest in womenâs health and aging adults, supporting clients through life transitions with compassionate, personalized nutrition care.
Approach to care
My approach is approachable, evidence-based, and family-centered - grounded in current research and delivered with understanding and practicality. I believe in meeting each patient where they are, recognizing that every individual and family has unique needs, circumstances, and goals. Whether navigating early childhood, adolescence, or adulthood, my goal is to help each person feel confident and supported in achieving better health at every phase of life.
Your first session with Emily
Your first session is all about getting to know you. Weâll start by reviewing your medical and nutrition history, including any current concerns, medications, or past experiences that may influence your health. From there, weâll explore your relationship with foodâyour eating patterns, preferences, challenges, and successesâto gain a deeper understanding of what nutrition looks like in your daily life. Together, weâll set realistic goals that feel manageable and aligned with your lifestyle. My aim is to make you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as we build a plan that fits your needs and sets the foundation for long-term success.
