About Emily
I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping you build a healthier relationship with food—without restriction or guilt. I believe nutrition should be realistic, personalized, and sustainable for your lifestyle. Whether you’re managing a health condition, working toward specific goals, or just trying to feel better in your body, I’m here to support you with evidence-based guidance and compassion every step of the way.
Approach to care
My approach to care is client-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are and work with them to create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I focus on building skills and confidence around food rather than quick fixes, using a supportive and non-judgmental approach. Together, we prioritize progress over perfection and long-term health over short-term results.
Your first session with Emily
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, past experiences with food and dieting, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of nutrition counseling. There’s no pressure to change everything at once—and no judgment. This is a safe, supportive space where your experiences are respected, and care is always tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all plan.
