About Emily
I have been practicing as a dietitian for just over fifteen years. To me, food is one of the absolute best things about life and I believe it can have a profound impact on our wellbeing. My professional aim is to help you navigate the oftentimes confusing world of nutrition so that you can build healthy habits and a positive lifelong relationship with food.
Approach to care
I strive to provide compassionate personalized care that is evidence-based, balanced, and non-restrictive, to folks from every walk of life. Making changes of any kind is difficult. I will help you do this gradually and sustainably with doable interventions that can help you reach your goals.
Your first session with Emily
In our first session, I will get to know you and what your goals are so that we can create a nutrition plan together to help you get where you want to be. I will ask you questions about your current eating habits, medical history, day to day activities, and preferences so that our plan is workable for your life.
