About Emily

Hi, I'm Emily! Registered Dietitian of over 15 years (I can't believe I'm saying that!) and mom of 3. Over the years I have worked with tons of clients who have tried so many things on their own but finally realized they need help! There is SO much information out there, and it can get pretty darn confusing and overwhelming. That's where I come in - to give you clear guidance on the best steps to take to reach your ultimate health goals💕

Approach to care

I have a very strong background in plant-based nutrition, so I have more of a plant-forward approach to care. Yes, protein is important, but I truly believe eating more fiber-filled plant foods is the key to optimal health + wellness. Finding the right balance is absolutely key✨ My mission is also to understand your struggles and goals on a deeper level so I can best help you create a plan that is realistic and sustainable for you - a plan that gives you long-term results and releases the limits that excess weight or suboptimal health is putting on your life.

Your first session with Emily

The first session is about getting to know you so I can best start formulating a plan for you. Come prepared to talk about your current eating habits and lifestyle in detail - the more I know the better! Towards the end of the session we'll put some actionable goals in place so we can get the ball rolling for creating lasting change in your life. Then each time we meet we'll review and assess what's working and things we need to change up. Because reaching and maintaining optimal health is an ongoing journey!
