Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and evidence-based practices. I believe in the importance of building a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients, as we work together to address your unique challenges and goals. I understand that each person's journey towards wellness is highly individualized, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor my interventions to meet your specific needs and preferences, taking into account your physical health, psychological well-being, and personal circumstances.

Your first session with Emily

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know you and your goals. We will go through a comprehensive assessment which includes your medical history. We will explore your current and past eating patterns and lifestyle habits and determine areas where we can improve your relationship with food and your body. We will briefly discuss your treatment plan and schedule your next follow-up appointment.
