About Emma
Hi, I'm Emma. I'm a Registered Dietitian, and I am excited to work with you to help you reach your goals. I love hiking, rock climbing, and traveling, and I find that those adventures keep me curious about how food helps us perform and feel our best. I work from an evidence-based, HAES-informed perspective and emphasize sustainable habits. I'm grateful to partner with you as we navigate your health journey.
Approach to care
Grounded in evidence-based science and HAES principles, I guide a holistic, compassionate approach. We'll meet you where you are, with empathy and no judgment, and weβll translate research into practical steps you can actually use. My goal is sustainable change through education, so you feel empowered to make informed choices and build long-term habits that support your well-being, not a temporary diet. We'll celebrate progress together.
Your first session with Emma
Think of our first appointment as a collaborative conversation about you. We'll review your lab work and biometrics, establish short-term goals, and gently explore your relationship with food along with your medical history. You don't need to have everything solved before we meet; I'll listen, ask questions, and together we'll set 1 to 2 realistic next steps. Our conversation will be supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on what matters most to you.
