About Emma

Hi, I’m Emma, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. My interest in health and wellness started early on, but it wasn’t until college that I truly became invested in the power of nutrition for prevention and overall well-being. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and went on to study Nutrition and Dietetics at Viterbo University. Throughout my career as a dietitian, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including long-term care and rehab, weight loss and nutrition counseling, and specializing in glucose and metabolic health. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on how food impacts our bodies and how personalized nutrition can make a difference.

This helps us create a strong foundation and a clear starting point for your journey. If you're feeling ready, we can start brainstorming action steps that feel manageable and realistic for you. We’ll take things at your pace, focusing on small, steady steps that add up to meaningful progress. Together, we’ll set both short-term and long-term goals to keep you motivated and moving toward your vision!
