About Emma
Working in both clinical hospital settings and private practice showed me how different environments shape what’s realistic for each person. With a Master of Medical Nutrition and as an RD and certified athletic trainer, I translate evidence into practical plans that fit your daily life, not a rigid diet. I enjoy reading, running, pilates, weightlifting, and crocheting, and those simple routines inform how I help people build sustainable habits. I’m passionate about helping individuals find behaviors that actually work and support their health.
Approach to care
As an RD, I ground recommendations in current research and proven protocols, then turn that science into clear, doable steps we can try together. I offer a weight-neutral, behavior-focused approach that is empathetic and judgment-free, while still action-oriented and practical. We’ll look at the whole person, including sleep, movement, stress, and emotions, and I’ll help you understand the why behind each strategy so you can make informed, lasting changes.
Your first session with Emma
Expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where we’ll review your medical history and take a deep look at your relationship with food. You don’t need to have answers or a perfect plan before we meet. We’ll talk about routines, barriers, wins, and what matters most to you, then establish short- and long-term goals together. The visit is low-pressure and collaborative, and you’ll leave with a clear, realistic next step to begin making sustainable change.
