I graduated from University of Georgia with a bachelors in dietetics and completed my internship with Life University. I have been a registered and licensed dietitian for 12 years, working in several different areas. My areas of nutrition related expertise are Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Heart Health, and Gut Health. I am dedicated to my profession and my clients. I have a very uplifting and enthusiastic approach to helping you meet your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world, camping, shopping, and spending time with my family.

Approach to care

My approach to care varies and blends client - centered care, active listening, developing personalized meal plans, education and counseling, using evidence-based models and collaboration with other professionals. My main goal is to empower clients to make informed dietary and lifestyle choices that lead to improved health outcomes, reduced risk of chronic disease, and promote confidence in ones ability.

In the initial visit, you can expect to start with a thorough discussion to gather essential information, which may include medical history, current dietary habits, exercise routines, and any specific health goals.
