Patient reviews
āI never thought having a dietician could be this healing. Erica is so kind and insightful, and makes me feel so safe. I feel more hopeful and empowered than I have ever felt. I am already learning how to reframe my thinking, align my actions with the core beliefs I want to have, and teach my body that I will honor its hunger cues. For the first time in my life I feel like I can be balanced and healed without obsessing about my body. Erica is amazing!ā

About Erica
Iāve run my own private practice as a registered dietitian for the last five years. I'm an anti-diet, trauma-informed clinician who approaches nutrition from a food-neutral perspective, which means moving away from shame or guilt around food choices. Whether we're working on healing your relationship with food, lowering your A1C, or managing gut symptoms, my goal is to support you in feeling empowered in your wellness journey. I bring both compassion and accountability to the work we do together, and I believe in reshaping what health and wellness feel like, rather than what they look like.
Approach to care
I believe all foods can have a place in a nourishing diet. My approach to nutrition focuses on what we can include, rather than restrict, to support both physical and emotional well-being. I use humor to build genuine rapport and ensure this work feels enjoyable, not burdensome. My goal is to empower clients to make informed choices rooted in curiosity and self-trust, not fear.
Your first session with Erica
I look forward to not only completing our nutrition intake, but also getting to know you a little more. I like to ask plenty of questions to ensure I have a clear understanding of your goals and that we're aligned in our approach. One of the most important things I aim to establish in our first session is a strong therapeutic alliance, as I often take on a food therapistālike role in this work. I believe in removing the traditional clinicianāclient barrier by helping you feel comfortable, heard, and in the driverās seat of your care. This is your journey, and Iām here to support you every step of the way.
