I am a Registered Dietitian and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in heart health, weight management, and whole-person wellness. I help clients not only manage health conditions but also build sustainable habits so they can feel energized, confident, and at their best.

Your first session with Erica
In your first nutrition session, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and collaborative space. We’ll talk through your health background, current eating habits, and what brought you here. Together, we’ll set realistic goals that fit your lifestyle and priorities. From there, I’ll share personalized, practical strategies to help you get started. You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions and work through any challenges you think might come up along the way.
