During our first session, Iāll take the time to learn about your health history, goals, lifestyle, and what matters most to you. Together, weāll explore whatās been working, what hasnāt, and begin crafting a tailored plan. Weāll move at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring you have the time and support you need to feel confident. By the end of the session, youāll leave with clear, actionable steps and a sense of clarity and motivation for the road ahead.
