She combines science-based strategies with a practical, personalized approach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware before pursuing her Master’s in Nutritional Science at City University of New York Brooklyn College. Approach to care
Erica views nutrition as more than just numbers—it's about finding a sustainable approach that fits seamlessly into your life. She takes a well-rounded perspective, factoring in your daily routines, past barriers, successes, and personal preferences to create a plan that is both realistic and effective. Her goal is to simplify nutrition and guide clients toward small, daily habits that create lasting change. While Erica welcomes anyone seeking nutrition counseling, she has a strong focus on supporting individuals with GI health concerns, metabolic conditions, dietary intolerances, exercise and sports performance, and those managing prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.
Your first session with Erica
Your first session with Erica is all about getting a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to be. She'll take the time to explore your main concerns, eating patterns (past and present), movement habits, and any relevant medical history. This conversation isn’t about judgment—it’s about understanding your starting point so she can create a practical, individualized plan that moves you forward. Whether you're looking for digestive relief, performance optimization, or everyday balance, Erica will meet you where you are and help you take the next steps with confidence. She looks forward to working with you!
