About Erika
Erika Behrmann is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Dover, New Hampshire. She began her career in clinical nutrition, then worked in outpatient nutrition at a fitness facility affiliated with Mass General Hospital and currently as a Diabetes Educator with adults and pediatric endocrinology. She works with clients and various patient backgrounds including sports nutrition, diabetes and gestational diabetes, weight concerns, post bariatric, pediatrics and women's health including pre and postnatal nutrition and eating disorders/disordered eating. She is Board Certified in Sports Dietetics and working toward her Certification as a Diabetes Educator.
Approach to care
She enjoys working with active individuals of all ages, new moms and picky eaters, improving your meal prepping routines, working through balancing your plate and your blood sugar and reducing A1c, helping others improve their relationship with food, and creating sustainable lifestyle changes. She takes a practical approach that is supportive, open-minded, and empowering you to reach your goals.

She will take the time to get to know you and your background, routines, and habits and work on creating a plan of care that is sustainable for the long-term, breaking down big-picture goals into baby steps which will lead to big victories over time.

Hobbies
In her free time, Erika enjoys activities that get her outside and moving, especially with her two children and pup. She also enjoys running 5k's, 10ks and half marathons, cooking, traveling, home projects, and photography.
