About Erin
Food has always been a bridge between science and everyday life for me. With eight years as a Registered Dietitian and a BS in Dietetics from the University of Delaware, I bring clinical and community health experience to each visit. I'm passionate about weight management and the educational side of nutrition, and I feel most rewarded when a patient says, "I finally get it." When I'm not working you'll find me hiking, running, experimenting in the kitchen, planning trips, reading, or playing with my cats.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the steps we take, and compassion shapes how we take them. I practice as an RD with a science-focused, weight-neutral lens that honors the whole person, not just a number. Together we'll translate research into practical strategies, prioritize small, sustainable habits, and set clear, actionable steps you can realistically maintain. Sessions are judgment-free and educational, with direct next steps and accountability so changes stick long term and fit your life.
Your first session with Erin
Expect a relaxed, curiosity-driven visit that centers your experience. We'll review your medical history, talk through symptoms or medications, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, routines, and what gets in the way. You don't need a perfect food log or a fully formed plan. I will help you identify one or two short-term, achievable goals so we leave with clarity, confidence, and a practical first step we can build on together.
