About Erin
Hi, I'm Erin. I'm a Registered Dietitian with an MS, LD, and RD, and I'm here to help you reach your nutrition goals. I earned my Master of Science from the University of Kentucky, and I've worked in hospital settings as well as private practice, helping people translate science into everyday choices. When I'm not with patients, you'll find me lifting weights, flying planes, or snuggling with dogs. I'm honored to be in Lexington, Kentucky, supporting my community as your partner and advocate in nutrition.
Approach to care
My care is built on current research and real-world experience. I blend evidence-based, science-forward guidance with an empathetic, warm approach, meeting you where you are and celebrating small wins. We'll set clear, actionable steps and practical routines that fit your life, not the other way around. I practice with a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors, sustainability, and long-term change rather than quick fixes. I teach and learn in parallel, sharing knowledge to empower you to make informed choices and feel confident in your decisions.
Your first session with Erin
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We'll review your medical history, your goals, and your lived experiences with food in a warm, non-judgmental space. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet; we'll explore what motivates you and identify 1β2 short-term goals to start. We'll ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully so we can tailor a plan that respects your life, your values, and your pace. Together, we'll set the stage for sustainable progress and a partnership you can rely on.
