About Erin
Nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming. As an RDN with an MS in Clinical Dietetics and two years working in hospital settings, I translate clinical knowledge into practical steps that fit real life here in Grand Rapids. I enjoy figure skating, hiking, snowboarding, and crocheting, and I bring that same mix of focus and patience to helping patients build sustainable habits together.
Approach to care
I ground care in current research while staying hands-on and practical. We'll use evidence-based strategies, clear action steps, and measurable markers so progress is real and visible. I'm warm and nonjudgmental, and I meet you where you are with a weight-neutral Health at Every Size perspective. Together we'll consider physical, mental, and lifestyle factors, and Iโll teach you the how and why so the changes you make last.
Your first session with Erin
When we meet we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share, so recommendations reflect the whole picture. We'll talk about your priorities, barriers, and what feels doable, then establish one or two short-term goals to get started. You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll take a low-pressure, collaborative approach focused on small sustainable wins.
